Important Health Notice
Sia is designed for personal growth and self-help. It is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional. See Section 8 for full disclaimers.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Sia mobile application, website (entersia.com), or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
- These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Peaceflow OÜ ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a company registered in Estonia.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services. We recommend parental guidance for users under 18.
- By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and, if applicable, have obtained parental consent. The app includes an age confirmation during onboarding to verify you are at least 13 years old.
2. Description of Services

3. User Types & Accounts
- Guest Users: You may use basic app features without creating an account. Guest mode provides full access to techniques and content, local-only data storage (no cloud features), and anonymous usage (no personal data collected beyond basic analytics).
- Registered Users: Create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email to access cloud backup and sync features, personalized recommendations, full MySia dashboard features, and community participation.
- Beta Co-Creators: Join our Beta Program to get early access to features in development. Beta participation is governed by our Beta Co-Creator Terms at /beta-terms, which supplement these Terms.
- Expert Accounts: Wellness professionals may apply for Expert status to access the Expert Platform. Expert accounts require application approval, subscription payment, adherence to expert-specific guidelines, and professional credential verification.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@entersia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Expert Platform Terms
- The Sia Expert Platform enables wellness professionals to connect with our HSP community. Sia acts as a marketplace that facilitates the connection between users and experts. The professional relationship for sessions, coaching, and advice is between you and the expert — not between you and Sia. Sia does not supervise, direct, or control the substance of expert content or sessions. By joining as an Expert, you agree to the following:
- Application Process: Submit a complete application with professional credentials. Provide accurate information about your qualifications. Consent to credential verification. Applications are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days.
- Subscription Tiers: Basic (€7/month) includes unlimited courses and sessions, up to 3 guided experiences, 1 Sia News promotion per year, directory listing, standard dispute resolution, 65% course revenue share, and 15% session platform fee. Professional (€29/month) includes unlimited courses and sessions, up to 5 guided experiences, 2 Sia News promotions per year, directory listing, advanced analytics, standard dispute resolution, 80% course revenue share, and 8% session platform fee. Premium (€59/month) includes unlimited courses and sessions, up to 15 guided experiences, 3 Sia News promotions per year, directory listing, advanced analytics, standard dispute resolution, quarterly strategy calls, 85% course revenue share, and 4% session platform fee.
- Founding Expert Program: The first three approved experts receive the Professional tier at no cost for twelve months. After the promotional period, standard Professional tier pricing applies.
- Content Guidelines: All expert content must be accurate and evidence-based where applicable, appropriate for sensitive individuals, free from harmful or triggering material, compliant with professional ethics standards, and original or properly licensed.
- Submission and Approval: All published content is subject to review. We may request revisions before approval. We reserve the right to remove content that violates guidelines.
- Monetization: Experts earn revenue through course sales via in-app purchase (65-85% of net revenue after app store fees, depending on tier), 1:1 session bookings via Stripe Connect (platform fee as low as 4% depending on tier), external bookings via Calendly or their own platform (0% Sia commission), and referral commissions when users they refer book other experts on the Platform. Experts retain full intellectual property ownership of their content. For detailed revenue sharing terms, see the Expert Service Agreement at entersia.com/expert-agreement.
- Responsiveness: Experts are required to respond to user inquiries within 7 working days and provide an available booking within 30 working days. Average response time is displayed on each expert’s profile.
- Quality and Ethics: Sia reserves the right to monitor the quality of expert services at any time. All experts are subject to an annual quality review based on user feedback, content standards compliance, and responsiveness. Breach of professional ethics may result in immediate contract termination and removal from the Platform.
- Landing Pages: All approved experts receive a customizable landing page on the Sia website with biography, credentials, testimonials, and booking integration.
- Complaints About Experts: If you have concerns about an expert’s professional conduct, content accuracy, or ethical behavior, contact us at hello@entersia.com. We will investigate and may suspend or remove the expert. For clinical or licensing concerns, we also encourage you to report the matter directly to the expert’s professional licensing body or accrediting organization.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
- Expert Subscriptions (via Stripe): All expert subscription payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in EUR on the anniversary of your start date and will automatically renew each month until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged on each renewal date. Applicable taxes (including VAT where required) will be added based on your location and tax status.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Expert Portal or by contacting hello@entersia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your tier’s features until the period ends. After cancellation, your expert account will be deactivated and your content will be unpublished unless you resubscribe.
- Refund Policy: EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: EU consumers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial subscription without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send an email to hello@entersia.com stating your wish to withdraw. If you requested immediate access to Services during the cooling-off period, you agree to pay a proportionate amount for services received. After 14 days: Refunds are provided at our discretion for service issues. No refunds for partial months or unused features.
- In-App Purchases (via RevenueCat): Mobile app purchases are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Prices are displayed in your local currency. App store terms and refund policies apply. Subscription management is handled through your app store account.
- Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect without incurring any additional charges. Continued use after price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. User-Generated Content
- Types of Content: Our Services allow various forms of user-generated content including expert articles and techniques, guided sessions and courses, user questions and support requests, messages between users and experts, feedback and reviews, and community wishes in the Garden.

- Content Moderation: We may review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, is inaccurate or misleading, could harm users or our community, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains spam or commercial solicitation.
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for content you post. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses above and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
